He and... read more his crew were great to talk to and did a fantastic job with putting in LVP in three bedrooms, two closets, and some stairs. After they started each room, Timothy took the time to ask if we liked how things looked before they continued to ensure we were happy with the layout. He also realized the company I ordered from didn't consider something for the stairs and was able to help me get the material I needed - he even picked it up for me! Also, I have to say, I've been around a lot of managers and supervisors in my time, and I was really impressed by Timothy's patience and instruction to his new guy. He explained things in detail and then let the guy ask questions as he worked through each piece. He supervised but also gave him autonomy which is so important when teaching people how to do a job right. Timothy is building a fantastic customer service friendly and quality-driven business.
