He also realized the company I ordered from didn't consider something for the stairs and was able to help me get the material I needed - he even picked it up for me! Also, I have to say, I've been around a lot of managers and supervisors in my time, and I was really impressed by Timothy's patience and instruction to his new guy. He explained things in detail and then let the guy ask questions as he worked through each piece.
